These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the authority operating the zet baj platform and any user of the platform. These Terms have been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

By accessing the zet baj website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform.

These Terms have been prepared in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on zet baj and participate in any games or betting activities, users must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately, and deposited funds may be forfeited where applicable.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration — such as full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be completely true and accurate. Providing false or incorrect information may result in the account being closed at any time. If requested for identity verification (KYC), a copy of a national identity card or passport must be submitted.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password strictly confidential. You should not share your login details with anyone — including family members or friends.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

zet baj currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Identity Verification

Before a withdrawal or during a large transaction, zet baj may ask you to complete a KYC verification process. If the required documents are not submitted in time, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. This step is taken for the user's own security.

4.4 Cryptocurrency

At this time, zet baj does not accept or process any cryptocurrency payments. Only the methods listed above are supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds received as a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus received on a ৳1,000 deposit, the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or any other method to abuse bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

zet baj's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (maximum weekly cashback 0.2%), Silver (0.5%), Gold (0.7%), Platinum (1.0%), and Diamond (1.2%). Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on net losses for that week. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled; however, in certain special circumstances — such as an event being cancelled or a technical error — zet baj reserves the right to void a bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Cricket Betting

When betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket events, the official match result will be considered final. If a result is determined by a no-ball, wide, or the Duckworth-Lewis method, the outcome will be calculated according to the rules of the specific market.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino game and slot results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or through a live dealer. The RTP of each game is published, and returns are provided at that rate over the long term, but this is not a guarantee for any individual session.

6.4 Technical Errors

If any bet or game is left incomplete due to server downtime, disconnection, or other technical issues, zet baj may void the result of that round and refund the stake. Incorrect winning amounts displayed due to a technical error will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zet baj platform:

1. Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
2. Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
3. Betting on both sides of a single bet or game outcome simultaneously (match betting or arbitrage).
4. Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
5. Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
6. Harassing other users or using offensive language.
7. Making deposits using a false identity or a third party's payment method.

• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• An order from a court or relevant authority.

12.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all wagering requirements must be met and any valid balance must be withdrawn.
